How do I return an item?
You have 30 days from order to make a return. Please contact us first, explaining in detail what the issue is with your product and we will arrange a courier to come and collect the item from you if it needs to come back to us to resolve. We do not accept returns on damaged clothing that has not been looked after and followed the aftercare guidelines that come with it. We also do not accept returns on our mugs or tumblers if they have been used under the health code, also too we do not do returns on them if they have not been looked after the way they should be. So please follow the aftercare guidelines that are provided with your purchases.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not usually offer refunds, no. In rare cases where we are unable to supply you with the exact product originally ordered, we will refund your purchase. Clothing that simply has not been looked after as per the aftercare sheets will not be refunded as that is user error not our manufactering process. If it is clothing quality we will try and rectify the problem, we source our clothing from another business so can-not control the quality of the clothing.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from order date to make a return. We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in the condition that the customer has explained it is or in re-sellable condition, if it is in worse condition we will not replace or refund we shall simply send the item back to the customer or discard it at the request of the customer, including all packaging and tags, but we understand that things happen. Certain items are non-returnable.
We do not offer refunds on sale items.
